7月(yue)1日,集團董事(shi)長吳總于百(bai)忙之中抽出(chu)時間,蒞(li)臨通遼項目部慰(wei)問全體(ti)職工(gong),對項目部工(gong)程進(jin)展情(qing)況、施工(gong)存在的困難及職工(gong)生活(huo)進(jin)行細致了解(jie)。
通遼(liao)項(xiang)目包括A、B、C三個(ge)區(qu)(qu),其中(zhong)AB區(qu)(qu)共有10棟(dong)(dong)廠房(fang)、1棟(dong)(dong)倉庫、1棟(dong)(dong)檢查管理用(yong)房(fang)、1棟(dong)(dong)回收站(zhan),C區(qu)(qu)共有6棟(dong)(dong)公寓、1棟(dong)(dong)食(shi)堂(tang)、1棟(dong)(dong)垃圾轉運站(zhan),總(zong)建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積為181104.48㎡。項(xiang)目建(jian)設資金約4.5億元,是內(nei)蒙古自(zi)治區(qu)(qu)和通遼(liao)市政府的重點(dian)建(jian)設項(xiang)目。至(zhi)今通遼(liao)項(xiang)目ABC三個(ge)區(qu)(qu)全部進(jin)入裝飾裝修階段。其中(zhong)A區(qu)(qu)外墻(qiang)(qiang)涂(tu)料完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)50%,內(nei)部鑲(xiang)貼(tie)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)50%,內(nei)墻(qiang)(qiang)膩子(zi)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)70%;BC區(qu)(qu)外墻(qiang)(qiang)涂(tu)料完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)70%,內(nei)部鑲(xiang)貼(tie)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)90%,內(nei)墻(qiang)(qiang)膩子(zi)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)90%。
為保證工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程順利交(jiao)付使用(yong),吳(wu)總對(dui)項(xiang)目后(hou)續工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)周密部署,要求五分公(gong)司、路橋(qiao)公(gong)司、華聯公(gong)司全(quan)體(ti)參建員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)鼓足干(gan)勁,百尺竿頭(tou)、更(geng)進一步(bu);“五加二(er)、白加黑(hei)”,倒排工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期,合理穿(chuan)插,爭取一切可(ke)以利用(yong)的(de)(de)時間搶工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期。同時,作(zuo)(zuo)為通(tong)遼市的(de)(de)民(min)心(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,形象(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,吳(wu)總提出(chu)全(quan)力以赴(fu)保證通(tong)遼項(xiang)目有序施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)各項(xiang)措施(shi),表達了集團對(dui)項(xiang)目的(de)(de)重視,給全(quan)體(ti)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)帶來鼓勵與能量,堅定了項(xiang)目全(quan)體(ti)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)按時完成施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務(wu)的(de)(de)信心(xin)(xin)。
